Local service support
Good after sales support is vital to the viability of our customers supply chain processes and with 90 factory trained mobile service engineers, supported by 25 workshop engineers all linked by computer network and based locally, we are able to provide a rapid response. Equally importantly, each mobile unit has a parts inventory which reflects the local truck pool, to ensure high first time fix ratios averaging 94%. We also offer planned preventive maintenance packages and full service contracts to meet individual requirements as well as a contracted 24 hour emergency call out facility. Major overhauls and rebuilds are carried out to the highest standards in our well equipped workshops.
Local parts availability
Locally, we hold an inventory of parts exceeding 10,000 line items to maintain 95% first time pick availability, with other parts available within 24 hours through our on-line link to the Linde central parts warehouse.
